Blues Kitchen Breakfast
Join us Saturday morning, April 29 from 8am to 11am for a special event, the Blues Kitchen Breakfast at Center for Recorded Music. This annual fundraising event features John “Junebug” Stuerke and special guest hosts as they spin music and stories about the history of the Blues and its connection to BBQ! Doors open at 7:30am
This event will jointly benefit the Center For Recorded Music, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization bringing to life a new world-class cultural center and music education facility in Kansas City, and KKFI 90.1 Kansas City’s choice for public affairs, local music, blues, jazz, reggae, rock, hip hop, alternative, Hispanic and world music.
Tickets for this special joint fundraising show will be $50 and include 3+ hours of Music, Food, and a selection of Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic Beverages (21+ for Alcohol, ID required). This is an all-inclusive great deal–fantastic music, full breakfast, and a selection of soft drinks AND alcoholic drinks, ALL included in the ticket price. The food will include pulled pork and smoked ham from BB’s Lawnside BarB-Q and a buffet of breakfast standards. Catering requires us to have a final food order prior to the show, so tickets will only be on sale until Noon on Thursday, April 27th. Please bring cash for tipping catering and bartending staff as credit cards cannot be accepted.
