Training Committee Meeting

The Training Committee is working to create and manage an ongoing training program to upgrade the skills of current volunteers and attract new volunteers. Volunteers with better skills will tend to produce better content with less effort, thereby improving the quality of KKFI’s programming. Better quality programming and more volunteers will likely increase our listener base and indirectly our funding, improving our ability to satisfy our mission in a virtuous cycle.
