Monday, December 1

• The Kauffman Center presents KU Jazz Ensemble 1 with special guests Deborah Brown, Clint Ashlock, Matt Otto, Danny Embrey, and Jeff Harshbarger at 7:00
• Saxophonist Mike Herrera hosts the Blue Monday Jam at the Blue Room at 18^th and Vine from 7:00 – 11:00. Musicians bring your axe.
• Chaz at the Raphael Hotel at Wornall and Ward Parkway presents Pagarazzi from 6:00 – 10:00
• The Majestic Restaurant at 9^th and Broadway has pianist Patrick Gilbert from 6:00 – 8:00
• The Piano Room at 8410 Wornall Road features the Waldo Jazz Collective from 7:00 – 10:00

Tuesday, December 2

• Guitarist Matt Hopper hosts a jazz jam at the Phoenix at 8^th and Central from 7:00 – 11:00. Musicians bring your axe
• The Majestic Restaurant at 9^th and Broadway has trumpeter Hermon Mehari from 6:00 – 10:00
• White Recital Hall at 4949 Cherry at UMKC features the UMKC Jazz Big Bands at 7:30
• Chaz at the Raphael Hotel at Wornall and Ward Parkway presents keyboardist Patrick Gilbert from 6:00 – 10:00
• Harling’s on Main Street features the New Jazz Order Big Band from 9:00 – 12:00
• The American Restaurant presents solo piano from 6:00 – 9:00
• Sullivan’s at 119^th and Roe has pianist Eric Caplan from 6:00 – 10:00

• Unity Temple on the Plaza presents Spirituality and all that Jazz with the Kansas City Kansas Community College Jazz Band at 7:00
• The Broadway Jazz Club at 3601 Broadway hosts a live recording of the 12^th Street Jump celebrating the music of Jimmy Smith and Joe Williams as interpreted by organist Ken Lovern at 7:30 followed by vocalist Eboni Fondren until 11:00
• The Green Lady Lounge at 18^th and Grand presents Ken Lovern’s Organ Jazz Trio from 9:00 – 12:00
• The Gaslight Grill at 5020 W 137^th St in Leawood features clarinetist Lynn Zimmer from 6:30 – 9:30
