A Call In Show – Who Gets Custody, Mom, Dad Or The State? Two Dads Tell Their Story.

Personal Stories and Your Calls About DFS, Foster Care and The Courts

We have personal accounts from couple of Fathers telling their stories of losing their children, not to the mothers, but to the state. Do you have a story to tell? Is the Division of Family Services as capricious as some say? Call in with your story good or bad at 816-931-5534.

Our attempts to get a Family Law Lawyer or someone in the family services community to come on to tell what the criteria is for determining custody failed. We will continue to work on bringing you an explanation as to how decisions are made and what you as a parent need to know about the procedures of DFS and the court in future broadcasts.
