Sometimes called Active Mobility or Active Travel … Active Transportation is any form of transport that moves people or goods around without using a motor. The best know examples are walking and biking. Others types of Active Transportation are running, hiking, skateboarding, roller skating, kick scooters … anything that moves you someplace using physical activity instead of a motor.
