New Orleans senior piano maestro, Allen Toussaint stirs up the audience with his wonderful catalog of New Orleans pop at the 2011 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. A little further up the road, Houma, Louisiana native, Tab Benoit, plays a more rootsy take on southern Louisiana music on the fall 2011 Legendary Rhythm & Blues cruise off the coast of Mexico.
