ADA KOCH-MARISSA STARKE- After 33 years in the River Market, the Artists Coalition has moved to a new location at 3200 Gillham Road Kansas City, MO 64109. We are thrilled to join the Midtown and Tower East communities and look forward to integrating ourselves into the grassroots creative neighborhood that has been developing over the past several years. We believe that this is the perfect location for KCAC to continue our mission of empowering artists at all stages in their careers, to exhibit innovative and compelling art, to provide educational resources for artists and to serve the community of Kansas City.
Our new location will allow us to continue to host exhibitions in two gallery spaces that will provide intimate and meaningful exhibitions that continue to propel artists to the next level. In addition to exhibition space, KCAC will begin a brand-new adventure…ARTIST STUDIOS! October 2019, the Kansas City Artist Coalition will offer 8 – 10 artist studios to help alleviate some of the recent need for affordable artist spaces.
New adventures and exciting times are in store for the KCAC so be sure to mark your calendars for many things to come.
