Directed by Ernie Nolan
Run Time: ~90 min. | No Intermission
Five actors play dozens of roles in this hilariously fast-paced and imaginative retelling of the world’s most famous holiday story! Ebenezer Scrooge and friends terrorize the good citizens of Kansas City in search of redemption and the true spirit of the holiday season. This riotous Dickens tale is wacky fun for the entire family.
The cast for Ebenezer Scrooge’s Big KC MO Christmas Show at Unicorn Theatre includes: Ron Megee, Steven Eubank, Teisha M Bankston, Jessica Dressler, and Francisco “Pancho” Villegas.
Ernie Nolan, Unicorn’s new artistic director, directed the show.
One reviewer described the show as a “fun romp” with a “free-wheeling tone” that still had the heart expected of a Christmas show. The reviewer also praised the ensemble’s chemistry and charm, and said the audience was happy to laugh along with any missteps
