Host and producer:  Donna Morrow Wolfe

Co-host, co-producer: Joseph Jackson

As the Trauma Outreach Coordinator for Truman Medical Center Behavioral Health, Beth has developed a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for differentiating instruction on Trauma Informed Care, Resilience and Secondary Trauma. Her work with Trauma Sensitive Schools and Secondary Trauma for First Responders has made her a highly sought after master trainer and creative thought leader. As a trauma survivor, she speaks from experience and with the passion of someone who has truly thrived beyond adversity. Beth is also a certified leader of InterPlay; which is an international social movement and pedagogy for cultivating mindfulness through creativity and play. Her career has been built upon serving “challenging people” such as youth in juvenile detention centers, group homes and folks with a wide range of disabilities. Her success is rooted in the firm belief that all people, no matter what, are able to learn and grow, especially when the experience is rich, incremental and creative. Her personal philosophy is… “Thought is the Architect of Reality.”

Beth Sarver is a visionary thought leader in the KC metro area; as an artist, educator and community builder she brings a dynamic and interactive energy to her talks, workshops and consultation services. She received her Bachelors in Fine Art with an emphasis in Sculpture and Arts Education from the University of Kansas. In her free time, Beth loves to practice mindfulness, dance, garden, read and build with her 7 year old sidekick, Bjorn.
