General King, U.S. Army (Retired), served our nation for 45 years. He retired from federal service in 2016, and was named Dean Emeritus of the Command and General Staff college. General King holds a Ph.D. in environmental engineering from the University of Tennessee and two Masters Degrees – a MS in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technical University and a MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. General King is a founding member of the Global Military Advisory Council on Climate Change (GMACCC.org)
