Join Leslie Scott of Core Conversations as she interviews Rachel Hiles, who has been a care giver throughout a significant portion of her life. Listen to her personal story and insights gained. Rachel founded “SANDWICHED Family Caregivers of KC”, a 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2018, which provides information and referral, support groups, education, and self-care activities to people in Kansas City who are caring for parents, grandparents, spouses, adult children, siblings, and anyone they consider family.
