The Forum
The Forum is a platform for the discussion of significant issues. Guest speakers typically focus on issues of political, social justice, moral, educational and artistic significance. Each presentation is followed by questions and discussion.
The grand opening of the Kansas City Weapons Plant took place on Friday, August 22nd. Over 50 people protested outside the entrance in what they called a “Dead-ication”, with regard to the over 900 toxins left behind at the old plant. Henry Stoever, Jim Hannah, and Mark Bartholomew were arrested in an act of civil disobedience. To hear what went on at the protest, tune in to today’s program.
