She visits Cuba several times yearly, and immerses herself in her grandmother’s recipes, learning the art of crafting traditional Cuban coffee.

Racquel’s passion for sharing this cultural experience led her to establish El Café Cubano, filling the void of authentic Cuban coffee in her hometown Kansas City.
