Everett is a retired pulmonologist who, with his wife, Corva, have a home near Belair, Mo., an area threatened by a large hog factory. Craig handles agricultural issues for the Kansas Sierra Club. They will discuss how rural people are threatened with obnoxious and dangerous practices of industrial agriculture in Kansas and Missouri
