Host Julissa Gillig talks herbalism 101. She discusses the basics of herbal medicine, building a home apothecary and some of her favorite herbs for fall and winter. Julissa received her education from The Chicago Center for Metaphysical Healing, along with numerous workshops with The American Herbalist Guild.
