In a Season of Need: Finding Ways to Help

This week we hear from volunteers across the country helping neighbors in need. We begin in California where volunteers roll up their sleeves to revive the ancient practice of gleaning. Then we hear from the leader of an Adventist community organization collecting donations, and partnering with other organizations to help new arrivals fleeing war and violence. And finally, as people seek ways to do good, a researcher and food security advocate offers ways to minimize harm and remove the stigma and shame people feel when receiving charity.
