Kansas City’s 2023 Earth Festival

Grove is the President of Climate Council GKC and lead organizer of EF23.  White is an activist and Climate Council Partner Liaison.  Kansas City’s 2023 Earth Festival (EF23) will be April 15-23, nine days of fairs, workshops, volunteer opportunities and activities throughout the metro area, both in-person and online. They are joined by Verena Herhold and David Bernhardt, two students from Germany touring the Midwest in a school bus retrofitted as a traveling ecology museum.  Their schedule is available at Heartland’ s Future (HeartlandsFuture.com).

The first Earth Day in 1970 remains the largest single-day protest in human history.  Hundreds of millions of people worldwide continue to celebrate Earth Day each year to demonstrate their support for environmental protection.
