Mizzou journalism prof Randall Smith discusses his work with Radio Active Magazine host Spencer Graves. Smith holds the Donald W. Reynolds Endowed Chair in Business Journalism at the University of Missouri in Columbia. He is also the Founder and Publisher of the Missouri Business Alert, an online news nonprofit devoted to helping Missouri businesses get information they want and need to better serve Missouri citizens. He is also a leading member of the KC Media Collective. And he is involved with international journalism, including bringing journalism professional from all over the world to study at Mizzou under Alfred Friendly Press Fellowships.
