Is democracy in the workplace possible? In the spirit of peace for Christmas, the Heartland Labor Forum is going to replay Mondragon: Humanity at Work. Mondragon in Spain is the world’s largest industrial democracy, where workers elect the CEO and profits are distributed to the worker-owners. They now operate in 28 countries. That’s Thursday – Christmas Day– at 6pm, rebroadcast Friday at 5am.
