Recently Viv and I had the honor and pleasure of seeing old friend Peter Rowan in concert. At the age of 81, Peter still has the magic. He was a true inspiration to us and the rest of the sold-out audience at the legendary Caffe Lena. From Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys, to SeaTrain, Old and In the Way, and his duo with Tony Rice, Peter has been a musical hero to deadheads and bluegrass fans for more than half a century.
