Joining Diana Linn live in the studio will be songwriter/playright/multi-instrumentalist Sam Wright to give the 411 on Prejudice and Pride a Folk Musical awarded the 2022 Artist Residency at the Music Theater Heritage (“MTH”) Theater!
This world-premiere folk musical comedy updates Jane Austen’s classic novel with gender-swapped American characters. Can the Longborn boys find love or at least empathy with their New York millionaire neighbors before they lose the family farm? Featuring 15 brand new folk tunes, a cast of 9, and the musical stylings of folk band, Gullywasher, Prejudice & Pride is a hilarious, heartfelt romp through American culture that is bound for Edinburgh Fringe 2022!
