Judith Wells joins host Craig Lubow to discuss the problem of the Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) in failing to consider public input when issuing permits for injection wells, widely believed to be contributing to earthquakes in Kansas. Saltwater injection wells include enhanced oil recovery wells and saltwater disposal wells. Judith has been monitoring injection well activities since October, 2017.
