Sam Baker and Sean McConnell featured on The Tasty Brew

Half a lifetime ago, Sam Baker barely survived a terrorist bombing in Peru.  He has spent the second half of his life writing songs that help him survive that personal holocaust. For those willing to listen, the songs serve as personal portals to be leveraged in the same way. Sam will be appearing at The Folly Theater on Friday, November 6 (which just happens to be Diana Linn’s birthday).    Sean McConnell, now a Nashville resident and adoptee of the Texas and Red Dirt Music scene, will rock you hard with lyric driven roots music and then finish you off with an acoustic pin drop moment.  Sean plays Knuckleheads this Tuesday night.  Lots of roots music this week on the Tasty Brew as usual with brand new music from Oklahomans Pilgrim and the Paul Benjaman Band.
