The Foolkiller Folk collective explores the storytelling, cultural, and protest power of folk music from as far back as the Child Ballads through as current as released today.

So on our most recent drive to visit Mark’s family we packed a bunch of CDs of long time Irish favorites and then halfway through the trip we said “dang – this needs to be a show!”. And here we are. We’re bringing you The Dubliners; Patrick Street; Danu; De Dannan; Dervish; The Chieftains; Mairead Ni Mhaonaigh & Frankie Kennedy; Boys of the Lough; Clannad; Planxty; Norman Blake & Nancy Blake & Boys of the Lough; Teada; Altan; and the Bothy Band.
