SPARK THE HEART

On April 24th, host David Bell talks with Dr Nicole Price, Author of the forthcoming book “Spark the Heart, Engineering Empathy in your Organization.”  Empathy, often dismissed as a soft skill, is one of the most undervalued skills at our disposal. Recognizing and understanding why another person believes what they believe and values what they value, even if it is different from our own views and thoughts, is fundamental to the criminal justice system.

If you are unable to be empathetic, can you ever be truly effective?

On Jaws of Justice, we examine how to find justice in our society.  Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.
