Stacy Lake, attorney, candidate for Jackson County MO Executive, says she intends to put residents first. She literally has a “Jackson Plan”.

Primary Elections will be held in Kansas City, MO, August 2, 2022.  On the Democratic Primary Election Ballot, running for the office of County Executive in Jackson County, MO, is attorney Stacy Lake. Her opponent is the incumbent, local icon, former KC Royals out-fielder, Frank White, Jr. White was elected Jackson County Executive in November 2016.

Stacy Lake was born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Leawood, Kansas. After graduating from Blue Valley North Highschool, she attended the University of Kansas where she received a major in Finance with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. Stacy lived in Asia for three years studying Chinese language at the Beijing Institute of Education, National Taiwan University, and Shi-Da University.

Afterwards, she received her law degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City. While working at a law firm in Beijing, Stacy had an epiphany that she needed to return to Kansas City and work in her community. As a result, in 2014, Stacy Lake started her journey in providing legal services to the Kansas City, Missouri community. That same year, Stacy Lake met the love of her life Bryan Danaher. In 2018, Stacy Lake started her own firm, which specializes in civil, business, and municipal litigation. Coincidentally, she also married Bryan Danaher that same year. They are currently the parents of a rowdy pup named Puli and a cool cat named Peaches.
