WMNF community radio in Tampa Florida is developing a team of podcasters who speak about social justice – local and beyond.

1. Sukhi 222 founder Charles Holsopple talks with Professor David Himmelgreen of the Center for Food Security and Healthy Communities.

2. Marla Bautista tells her story of being homeless at 18 and how this led to the Bautista Project, one of more than one hundred projects in the city of Tampa working to provide relief to those facing housing insecurity.

3. Saeba Baptiste from the podcast Fire & Ice that attacks all subject matters impacting Black Americans culture and the enculturation of Africans and Caribbeans in the United States, talks with local historian Douglas Dowridge, Jr. about what Juneteenth means to the community.

4.Local teens learning to create podcasts to process their thoughts and feelings, discuss health and mental health with their counsellor.
