Tasty Brew Edition featuring Mr. and Mrs. Connie Smith (aka Marty and Connie Smith)

Although folks don’t really bat an eye when a man is 17 years older than his wife, most seem to get their panties in a bind when the woman is the elder.  Marty Stuart and Connie Smith have had to endure lots of snickering over the years about Connie robbin’ the cradle, but the fact is, despite all the naysayers, these two are still madly in love after 15 years AND  just happen to be two of the best talents country music has EVER produced. Marty met Connie when he was 12 years old and told his mama he was gonna marry her someday.  Ya gotta love a man who knows what he wants and goes and gets it. This week, The Tasty Brew will be featuring the wonderful music of this power couple. Marty will be at Knuckleheads Saloon this Friday night, August 24.
