Host Pat Riehle interviews Janessa Riehle, the Logistics & Volunteer Coordinator for the Community Volunteer Coordination Core on the KC Hotel Initiative. The KC Hotel Initiative is the City of Kansas City’s attempt to alleviate the homelesss/houseless population by providing safe and sustainable shelter.
Many people without permanent shelter may still feel they have a home. They would say they are houseless but not homeless.
