Kansas City Actors Radio Theatre presents new performances of classic radio plays of intrigue, mystery, suspense, and comedy from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s in rotation with a 10-part original historical drama written by local playwright, actor, and director Forrest Attaway. Featuring local actors and musicians and hosted by actors John Rensenhouse, Cinnamon Schultz, and Walter Coppage.
The struggling writer of a 1940’s family radio show is mystified when his episodes start featuring strange dialog he didn’t write. Desperate for answers, he searches for the source of the mysterious interjections. This exciting original story by Jerry Mañan and Kitty Corum is in the spirit of the classic “Suspense” Series and is part Orson Welles, part Twilight Zone!
