Local Showcase
The Local ShowCase features live or recorded performances of music, poetry, prose, etc. of local and regional artists. This showcase is hosted by a variety of KKFI programmers covering a broad spectrum of musical genres.
A special edition of Local Showcase this Thursday at 8 pm will feature the premiere of a radio theater comedy called “The Wizard” written by KKFI’s Bill Hilburn and presented live by a ensemble of local actors. Following that, two vintage episodes of KKFI’s Peabody Award-winning radio show, “Greenwich Mean Time” with a special introduction by one of the ensemble, Michael Taylor. The program is hosted by Signal To Noise’s Barry Lee.
