TOMORROW IS GOOD/SOLAR POWER FOR YOUR HOME

Our guest, Robert Rosenberg, will speak on the availability and advantages of solar generated electricity.  Robert is a co-director of the Flint Hills Renewable Energy Cooperative (FHREEC) which is based in Manhattan, KS.  FHREEC is a collective of volunteers who are dedicated to solar energy. Their personal approach to solving energy problems has been based on a neighbors-helping-neighbors philosophy.  They work with the homeowner to put up solar panels to generate electricity, and they help to reduce the cost by buying in bulk at the most effective price. Because of the new technology, FHREEC’s system is safe, relatively inexpensive, and easy to install. Today on KKFI’s EcoRadioKC, they share their knowledge and experience and we keep ourselves informed about the technology.
