Mark features 10 MORE of our Favorite MidCoastal Releases of 2018, So Far. We’ll spin tracks from: Grand Marquis, Calvin Arsenia, My Oh My!, Danielle Nicole, Hi-Lüx, SSION, Janelle Monáe, The Matchsellers, FACEFACE, and Daisy Buckët. Plus, we’ll play some our Favorite Singles of 2018, So Far from: Madisen Ward and the Mama Bear, Instant Karma, Red Kate, The Black Creatures, and Salty. Plus we’ll spin music from Joseph Warren & the Wanderlust Revival, and three other bands playing Boulevardia 2018.
At 10:30, we’ll talk with Joseph Warren Wheeler of Joseph Warren & the Wanderlust Revival who play this year’s Boulevardia, Friday, June 15, at 10:00 pm on the Vinebourgh Stage at 1503 Genessee Street, KCMO. Joseph Warren and the Wanderlust Revival are a Kansas City based four piece band that blends Joseph Warren Wheeler’s melodies, vocals, tenor guitar, and banjo, with Bill Wald on bass and rhythm, Jake Gronbeck on drums and percussion, and Eva Louise Hall on vocals. Boulevardia is Friday June 15 & Saturday June 16 in Kansas City’s Historic Stockyards District, at 1503 Genessee Street, in the West Bottoms. Along with multiple food vendors, a carnival and Boulevard beer, there are 3 music stages. Bands include: Tech N9ne, Radkey, Manchester Orchestra, Guster, Madisen Ward and The Mama Bear, Lee Fields, Hi-Lux, Hembree, Eems, Durand Jones & The Indications, Duncan Burnett and many more.
