The Missouri and Kansas legislative sessions begin this week and next. The Heartland Labor Forum usually anticipates them with dread. Thursday, we’ll find out from Rep. Judy Morgan for Missouri, and for Kansas, Rabbi Moti Reiber of Kansas Interfaith Action, about what bills are lurking in the halls of Topeka and Jefferson City.
