The US Supreme Court is about to hear a case that could have devastating consequences for unions. The issue is whether unions can be sued in state court for economic damage to a company because of a strike. Then, OSHA the Occupational Safety and Health Administration: Is it on the move again to protect the health and safety of workers and, at the same time, reach underserved/vulnerable populations?
