The Foolkiller Folk collective explores the storytelling, cultural, and protest power of folk music from as far back as the Child Ballads through as current as released today.

The Covid years have been as hard on the folk community as everywhere and many wonderful singers, songwriters, and musicians are no more. So many, in fact, that it’s going to take Mark & Val three shows to honor everyone who passed away in 2021. This Sunday we start with those who passed away from January through May.
We’ll be bringing you Jimmie Rogers, Hilton Valentine, Flory Jagoda, Anne Feeney, Joe Burke, Peter Ostrousko, Bunny Wailer, Noel Bridgeman, Pervis Staples, Alix Dobkin, Patrick Sky, and Luisa Molina.
