WINGS: Women's International News Gathering Service is an all-woman independent radio production company that produces and distributes news and current affairs programs by and about women around the world.
Rwanda has one of the highest percentages of women lawmakers in the world. A widowed survivor of the Rwandan genocide talks about what happened in Rwanda in 1994 and how she and other women have dealt with moving forward to assume new responsibilities after their men were gone.
