Nicolette is the owner and founder of Soul Child Awakenings, where she combines her musical talents with her healing practices. She brings her gifts to schools, hospitals, and elderly care centers, providing participants with hand-held instruments and integrating indigenous healing practices into her sessions. Nicolette Paige will be headlining the Gaea Goddess Gathering Festival on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, in Waynesville, Missouri. At 11:00 Mark welcomes Robert Bearce who shares details about Briarfest 8, a two-day family friendly, Music Festival benefiting the Midwest Music Foundation, Synergy Services and North Kansas City Parks and Recreation. Located in beautiful Macken Park, 1002 Clark Ferguson Drive in North Kansas City, Friday, Sept. 8 and Saturday, Sept. 9. This music festival is accessible to all area residents, and will always remain free for general admission. Briarfest has raised over $250,000 for Charity. The Friday Sept. 8, music lineup includes: School of Rock, Levee Town, The Vincent’s, Popskull Rebels, Oscar Polk All Star Band, Carl Warden Band, and Cherry Bomb. Formed in Kansas City, Missouri in 2018, The Swallowtails trio is made up of Miki P, Adee Dancy, and Rachel Lovelace. THE WORLD IS STILL was recorded, mixed, & mastered at Element Recording Studio by Joel Nanos, with Miki P on drums, guitars, & vocals; Adee Dancy on cello & vocals; Rachel Lovelace on bassoon; with John O’Keefe on bass.
