At 11:10 Nicolette talks with Jenna Bodensteiner, Founder and Ceremonial dance practitioner at Rhythm & Rootz with Jenna, an “in the moment” non-choreographed movement practice that combines large movements, cardio, yoga, and other movements inspired by cultures from all over the world. The music is selected carefully and turned all the way up to transport you to another time and place. Finding the roots that ground us and feeling the rhythm that drives and connects our energy is what will push your body through this high-energy movement class. Jenna studied Special Education at UMKC and works in Early Care and Education Specialist at The Family Conservancy.
