Exploring the Multidimensional Universe of Alien Encounters
Program Number: 3779
Are we alone? Are we being influenced by nonhuman intelligences? Do UFOs, near-death experiences, and alien abductions exist? Are we in a battle between Good and Evil and is our future as a civilization at stake? Are there more than one species of aliens contacting humans? Have aliens been around for thousands of years? Here an avid researcher has brought reports of many studies that have been done with thousands of people who have experienced the phenomenon of alien contact. When asked if nonhuman intelligence is real Gober says, “There is a lot of research out there suggesting that we are not alone, and this is probably an ancient phenomenon. There are people who do seem to have pretty amazing encounters.” (hosted by Justine Willis Toms)

Thoughts On Dying Well In A Death-Phobic Culture with Stephen Jenkinson
What constitutes dying well in a death-phobic culture? Stephen Jenkinson looks squarely in the eye of death. It is his experience from working with hundreds and hundreds of people who are actively dying, that, for the most part, we are encouraged by those around us not to let our dying be a big part of our life.

The Original Wisdom Of Jesus As Spoken In His Native Aramaic
The words of Jesus that are most often quoted are drawn from the King James version of the Bible. The New Testament was compiled some 200 years after he passed and it was written in Greek, a language he did not speak. Jesus originally spoke Aramaic and in this deep dialogue we’ll be looking at the living wisdom he imparted as it applies to us today through his native language. For example, Klotz’s extensive research reveals the Aramaic word Aboon, translated from Greek to English as God or Father, which in Aramaic refers to the breathing life of all, the fathering/mothering of the cosmos. Another example of the Aramaic translation is one of the Beatitudes, “Blessed the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” is expanded to the richness of: “Blessed ripening into life and its empowerment moves toward those who cling to their breathing as their first and last possession. Riper are those who dissolve their small selves within breath, they live in their shimmering “I can” of nature in the cosmos.” This deep dialogue enlivens the works and words of Jesus to higher levels of inspiration and understanding so needed in these threshold times. Klotz helps us to see the moving nature and luminosity of the teachings of Jesus that are present within us, within our very breath every day. (hosted by Justine Willis Toms)

We Are Those Who Come From Stars
When Dr. Brian Swimme joined eco-theologian and cultural historian Thomas Berry in 1982, Berry laid out a cultural challenge to Swimme regarding the threats to our planet in this moment are of an order of magnitude greater than what Thomas Aquinas was dealing with (in the Middle Ages in Europe). “Science has given birth to our technological power, which we are using to rob Earth of its vitality.” The good news is that the universe is coming to know itself through us, the human species, and the story of the universe has direct impact on the story of our personal life. In this deep dialogue we’ll pursue a cosmological story that can unify and guide us into a future flourishing with life. Swimme guides us into an awakening to “Time Developmental Imagination” with the power to experience ourselves as a manifestation of 14 billion years of cosmological creativity. Healing The Body By Clearing Emotional Energy
When we feel pain in our body, it is usually a sign that something is wrong. When we experience injury, illness, or disease, we treat the symptoms with medication, physical therapy or alternative medicine. But sometimes treating the symptoms isn’t enough. Our bodies are often telling us that there is a disruption in our energy flow that is keeping us from getting well. Amy B. Sher discusses her experience with a recurring illness and all of the treatments she tried before discovering that she could heal herself by tuning into her emotional energy. She discusses a variety of methods for exposing the underlying energetic blockages and ways to clear them. Becoming aware of any negative thoughts, vocabulary and beliefs, and clearing them, will aid healing. Our internal environment, she says, is like the soil that feeds the roots of a tree. “We need to go into the soil of our beings which is who we really are, our soul, our body, our mind, our spirit…you have to shift the environment that you live in, and by environment I mean ourselves as sort of an environment, an emotional spiritual environment, in order to effect the leaves which are our body parts, our muscles, our glands, instead of just trying to chase the symptoms in each part of our body.” Many people, she says, are carrying around negative thoughts, beliefs or emotions that are being expressed as some kind of ailment in the physical body. “Negative emotions and beliefs about ourselves disturb our natural environment for health and I believe that is what needs to be dealt with in order to heal permanently and completely.

The Exploration Of The Rainbow Body And The Resurrection Of Jesus with Father Francis Tiso, Ph.D.
The Rainbow Body is the dissolution of the material body at death. In many schools of Buddhism it is considered to be the most significant attainment. Father Tiso’s main spiritual teacher suggested that he travel to Tibet to gather eye-witness accounts of the dissolution of the body of Kenpo A Chö Rinpoche, who died in 1998. The questions he was pursuing were: Can we bridge the gap between physics and metaphysics, between spirituality and paranormal phenomena? Can we verify the claim that the resurrection of Jesus is not just a metaphor but an actual physical resurrection?

Finding Voice For Authentic Conversation with Terry Tempest Williams
Terry takes us on a whirlwind tour of what it means to give voice to our own authenticity. It requires deep listening and fertile silences. She encourages us to speak “Mother Tongue” – speaking from the belly rather than the mind. She laments that in Western culture “the language of economics has power, the language of the law has power, the language of science has power. But an intelligence of the heart, an emotional intelligence, or a poetic sensibility, or even a sensibility that comes from the side, from a different angle, from a different point of view, asks us to form a different kind of shape of conversation.”

A Safe Harbor for the Climate
Here we explore an optimistic and realistic look at how we can and must restore the health of our atmosphere to levels that support all life on this planet. What are the possibilities of a safe harbor for humanity in the climate disruption crisis? Even though the transition to net-zero carbon emissions is well underway, it may not be enough to ensure a healthy and habitable environment for future generations because it does not address the carbon dioxide that already lingers in our atmosphere and which, if we do not do something, will be there for millennia. The present level of CO2 is already way above healthy levels for life on the planet as we know it. The good news comes from our guest today, Peter Fiekowsky, who has extensively researched and come up with specific, concrete steps we can take that can bring about a restoration of the kind of healthy climate humankind has flourished under for 10,000 years. He says that climate restoration is not only feasible but, once started, will pay for itself. This is not wishful thinking. It is on the ground proven processes that can and are being implemented. Here we discuss several of these adaptations already used by Mother Nature in restoring the atmosphere to livable levels by 2050.
Our guest on the November 22 show will be Peter Fiekowsky who is an MIT educated physicist and engineer, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a social innovator. He has worked at NASA and the Fairchild/Schlumberger Artificial Intelligence Lab in Palo Alto, California and has taught at MIT
