Training Committee Monthly Meeting

The Training Committee is working to create and manage an ongoing training program to upgrade the skills of current volunteers and to attract new volunteers. Volunteers with better skills tend to produce better content with less effort. Better quality programming and more volunteers should increase our listener base, improving our ability to satisfy our mission in a virtuous cycle.
