Ashley has been an engineer for KKFI 90.1 FM since September 2019. Raised in Kansas City, Missouri she went to the University of Missouri-Kansas City and graduated in May 2019 with a major in Communications and Broadcasting and minor in Creative Writing. Her love for radio blossomed after she took a radio production class.
Ashley interned with New Letters on the Air and K-Roo, a student radio station with UMKC. In 2019, she attended the MBA Radio Talent Institute and received a marketing and sales certification with them. After graduating she wanted to further her knowledge and began volunteering with KKFI 90.1 FM producing spots and working on projects. To this day she has been dedicated to follow her dream of one day to be a producer and an on-air personality.
