Bosede Iyewarun, founder and visionary of Heartland International Fashion Week on building self esteem and confidence in youth

Bosede A. Iyewarun is the visionary force behind Heartland International Fashion Week and the Editor -in-Chief of HIFW Magazine. Originally hailing from Nigeria, Bosede’s career spans three decades. She has garnered multifaceted expertise in operations, communications, sales, and marketing through collaborations with Fortune 500 companies. Bosede majored in Photography & Audio Visual Communications at McPherson College in Kansas. Her educational journey laid the foundation for her desire to cultivate an inclusive stage for models, designers, and entrepreneurs from around the world. Her efforts culminated in the creation of Heartland International Fashion Week, a testament to her global vision. Bosede champions the training, mentorship and inclusion of models of all forms, shapes, sizes and ethnicities. Her passion is investing in youth and young adults with emphasis on instilling self-esteem and building confidence in the modeling industry and building personal life skills.

Heartland International Fashion Week, Season 4, takes place May 21 – 25, 2024 at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center 18011 Bass Pro Dr., Independence, MO. HIFW, a faith-based organization, supports this platform for international designers, models & influencers to showcase their talent and share their culture, tradition and diversity.
