The Forum
The Forum is a platform for the discussion of significant issues. Guest speakers typically focus on issues of political, social justice, moral, educational and artistic significance. Each presentation is followed by questions and discussion.
“Breaking Barriers of Race and Immigration” is the UU-UNO (Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office) theme for United Nations Sunday this year. A panel of local student immigrants will discuss the impact of the DREAM Act (Development, Relief, Education for Alien Minors Act) and the challenges they face.
