When workers at nonprofit organizations unionize, they often get grudging acceptance from their bosses, and sometimes they face union busting. This week on the Heartland Labor Forum, we’ll talk to two organizers of unions that represent non-profits and find out more about what’s going on at the Kansas ACLU. Then, we’ll discuss the impacts of COVID-19-related budget cuts to the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services with a frontline worker.
