Each week the Pacifica Radio Archives chooses a program "From the Vault" of broadcasts in a half-hour program.
This week we explore the ritual of Independence Day by presenting a Pacifica National program produced by Adi Gevins and Ginna Allison.

In part 2, we present excerpts from the Civil Liberties Radio Education Project. This program looks at the outer boundaries of protections provided by the Bill of Rights and how our civil liberties are affected by these limitations.
