The Forum
The Forum is a platform for the discussion of significant issues. Guest speakers typically focus on issues of political, social justice, moral, educational and artistic significance. Each presentation is followed by questions and discussion.
Emily Penrose-McLaughlin serves as Executive Director of HealthEd Connect, a KC-based nonprofit, empowering women and children through evidence-based health, education, and advocacy. Penrose-McLaughlin will share about the organization’s partnership with volunteer community health advocates in four countries to connect vulnerable populations with essential health and education to promote thriving communities.
