ARTSPEAK RADIO is a live radio program on KKFI that airs every Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Host Maria Vasquez Boyd serves up information about the visual and literary arts community including live interviews with artists, writers, and performers.
Maria talks with Rocket Grants program coordinator, Julia Cole and Director of Charlotte Street Foundation, Julie Gordon Dalgleisch about the writing programs that the Rocket Grants program is funding.
The writing programs that the Rocket Grants program is funding over the next year aim to address these issues head on through four new approaches: 1) feature stories on the existing RocketBlog; 2) an ongoing arts podcast and 3) a professional podcasting workshop; and 4) an editorial workshop led by a national leader in the print field.
