REGINA DEL CARMEN-Regina del Carmen is a 19-year-old aspiring singer/songwriter/rapper/actress based in Kansas City. She has participated in many events around the Kansas City area, including Day of the Dead at the Mattie Rhodes Art Center, Carnaval, Cinco de Mayo, and Fiesta Hispana, and is the current winner of Rock the Mic at Hamburger Mary’s KC! She loves to tell people her story through music to help give an understanding of who she is and where she’s been.
