Tasty Brew Music Radio Show Host Diana Linn “met” David Wright, aka Chef Dave, in the Music City Roots Webcast Chat Room some years ago. Although they have never actually met in person, they are musical compadres and have stayed in touch via social media after Music City Roots went on hiatus. Wright is also a volunteer dj on WQFS, a community radio station broadcasting from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was hosting a weekly program called “Caravan”…sharing the best in Americana/Bluegrass/Country and Roots Music. COVID 19 has shut down the station until the school reopens at an unknown date. Chef Dave has not been able to broadcast since March. By invitation, Chef Dave is taking over the airwaves of KKFI this Tuesday June 2 from 6 am to 8 am Central. Turn your radio on!
